(In Development--New stuff added irregularly)

IRLP

IRLP is the Internet Radio Link Project, a combination of Amateur Radio and Linux technologies. It allows ham operators to talk via VHF/UHF-FM to stations around the world. Here are some links about IRLP

Amateur Radio

Amateur Radio is a radio service regulated by the FCC (in the U.S.). Operators must be licensed, and must demonstrate knowledge of the technology, rules and regulations, and operating procedures to receive such a license. Here in Guam, the Marianas Amateur Radio Club is one organization offering testing and classes. There are several national organizations dedicated to working with Amateur operators. One is the American Radio Relay League (ARRL)
